I actually swear by my Lumi alarm clock!!!! I've had it for over 4 years now and anytime I travel or sleep away I miss the clock so much - it also doubles up as a lamp in the dark mornings and evenings🤩
I also think reading fiction is helpful at bed time, although at the moment I am in the middle of one of the Jason Bourne novels and I think it’s having the opposite effect haha. Books like the Sherlock Holmes stories or some of the classics seem to work much better. I should reserve Bourne for daytime reading ( :
