I feel for Charlotte. I’ve been suffering with sciatica type symptoms and hip pain on both sides alternating daily for 4 years and it’s a very tough to deal with. MRIs and over 25 doctors/chiropractors with no diagnosis. It’s severe enough that high dose opioids barely touch it. I’m getting TMS coaching but it’s been a long journey. Then a few months ago I faced a relationship issue that set me way back and put me on the couch again. I know indifference to the symptoms and getting on with my life are the answer but it so very very tough to get out my front door. I cannot imagine suffering like Charlotte for 15 years with this condition! Excellent interview Dani!
There is a mind-body element to all pain, so whether its initiallly an "injury" or a "pull", which will heal in a couple of weeks usually, the fear and attention you give the pain will always exacerbate it. How are you feeling now? x

@@elizabethtara7658 Sometimes more nervous system work is required as oppose to just the intellectual learning stuff, if youre stuckin a state of fear and fight flight about it, then its unlikely to budge on its own.
