I too knew it as we do wheat dosa regularly,it will be time consuming, gas too,and standing too much,n sticky inside as dosa,instead we can do chappati rolling method to avoid all n get best food as like u said..but its amazing u made a video proving n helping viewers prevent wasting time,energy,food, gas,scoldings from family.. Thanks for this unique recipe…I tried this to. When you tore the chapati..it seemed like it did not get cooked..it has no leavening agent. For 1 cup of wheat flour..you use one tsp. Of salt and organic sugar to get brown color..to this you add a pinch of baking powder..this acts as a leavening agent allowing the batter to rise under hot temperature. Adding a teaspoon of unsalted butter..gives the chapati flavor..and rises like phulka..Try this method..but it’s a good start to be innovative and creative in the kitchen…all the best. Would love to see you add subtitles in English…

Yes you are absolutely correct. Time consuming and not cooked well inside. To I tried and fed up. Nobody liked this. For me also not good. I can do double the no of chaptis in the place of one chapti. Thanks for your honest review.

Thanks for informing that it's time consuming than usual & explaining its flaws elaborately, that helped me to prepare myself, when I prepared sweet poli & kara poli in this method, It was time saving than usual method for preparing poli & tasted good too, & liked by everyone in the family was an added advantage. Hence it is not a false method it is only a different method with slightl change in outcome. Let us learn to see things from different angles too😊.

Mrs Sridevi, for obese persons maida is not good. It will increase the blood sugar level and damage the pancreas. For youngsters and very active persons it’s okay once in a while. Yes wheat is also not good since it contains gluten. But of the two maida is more damaging.

I too recently came across this liquid batter for chapati and aloo paratha. Tried it out and was really frustrated. Did it for dinner and had no other option also. Stood in front of the stove slowly getting drenched in sweat, waiting for the capathi to puff up but nothing happened. Finally had to scratch the capathi out of the pan. Never had such a bad experience with online recipe.

Same here, tried several different ways, each time was either scraping it out of the pan or it was like a still wet inside. I also noticed that you can never see if they using gas or electric stove. I'm sure that makes a difference

Now a days many people review newly launched products and make inocent people buy them. One such is the ultra grinder with timer and self switch off. They said it grinds batter in 10 mins. Believing this I bought one for around ₹9000/. Not only does it take long time to grind but the batter too warms up. I am suffering with it as of now. If these people stop giving wrong reviews it will be beneficial. Thanks to people like you.
