Not at all true, police can arrest you on reasonable suspicion, and an accusation is enough. I’m not saying he did or didn’t do it, but people like you need to keep their mouth shut and stop acting like you know better than other people, especially when you don’t know what you’re talking about.

The one thing I do not get, is why the girl went? Was she forced to go? Probably not. But she knew what she was doing and why she was going.
