Here is a glimpse of the first gameplay footage of Ys X Nordics for PS4/PS5/Switch. Some of the footage appears to be from the Switch due to the low frame rate (2nd set of footage) where the rest appears to be running on PS5 but this is just a guess. Enjoy!

More than likely 2025. I doubt 2024 would be a possibility. It usually takes at least 18 months for a localization so Spring of 2025 sounds likely.

Geez, what is up with that framerate? Performance doesn't bother me too much in games (at least not on Switch), but the dips are very noticeable when transitioning from towns/cutscenes to wilderness.

seems like flash guard is same as ever, giving crit dmg, but i don't see any flash move nor even i-frame.

@@NotChannel2 seems like it, but the only downgrade is they don't show it duration like in celceta, and also don't show any indicator when it succeed. CMIIW

I'm confused, you said the second set of footage is on Switch but all of these have Playstation buttons on the hud.

Didn't even realize that. Thanks for pointing that out. Man hope the game doesn't run that choppy/slow on PS5 when it comes out. Should be running at 60 FPS all the time unless there's a quality and performance mode. It's possible this may be running on a PS4 too.

@@HGhaleon Yeah, PS4 would be my first guess since even Ys 9 ran pretty badly on it when exploring the town.
