2:58 If anyone’s curious, no, that 3D effect doesn’t actually work. 3D works by filming something from 2 slightly different angles. This is just 2 overlapped copies of the exact same image (1 red and 1 cyan). If you use glasses, it just looks like a flat plane that’s a little bit elevated.

Oh yeah, I just remembered: YTPs are why I thought 13 minutes was long for a video, ten years ago. They're so dense in (very good) content.
