The seperatist scientist who built his cyborg body and surgically implanted his brain, heart, and lungs in it is also probably dead. The only person alive who could be portrayed as a mother of Grievous is Darth Sidious. The man who gave the funds to Dooku to have Grievous turned into a cyborg.
