I don't think it's going to be competitive because of the restriction, most competitive decks are more flexible, but there are a lot of good Rk4. Time will tell.

Seems boring all I hear is advantage and no spice, it's like watching playmaker from vrains duel all you hear is special, special, search, search, I had to keep rewatching parts of his duel because I keeped zoning out, luckily the other characters decks were more interesting than his cyberse combo pile.
