You were a smart boy who was brave. Im super glad that you were brave enough and ran out of the car the first time. You truly have an angel with you and smart enough to escape that monster the 2nd time. Please keep telling your story to spread the awareness to all generations.
Thanks for sharing your story. How scary. You were a smart FOB kid. Running away for your life! You were very lucky. Milwaukee was so dirrrrrrty back then. Trash every where on the north side.
Thank you for sharing this to the world! I worked in the sex registry unit and humans aren’t expose to this type of story enough!! Sex offenders and sex crimes are happening on a daily and no one really pays attention! Thank you for this!
I love American crime stories. Now I'm curious who is the perpetrator.... I have a uncle who used to live in WI and he said he was approached by a weird guy as well. He later claimed it's Jeffrey Dahmer, but I don't think so. His description of the guy did not match JD. LOL.
Please take real interest in protecting your kids. They know very little and are subjected to all kinds of danger. When a position of power exists, they are severely at a disadvantage and could succumb to real danger. We have more time now and must give some to safety of our kids. Have a wonderful night.

Predators only grab kids that are alone. Always pay attention to your kids and never allow them to be alone at all and walk alone. Tell your kids to not have a daily schedules. Schedules should be mixed up daily and roads too. Be aware of your surroundings. I always tell my kids this.
Wow! you are so smart to escape that crazy meka guy. I am glad you survived so many times because you listened to your gut instinct. Thanks for sharing. I remember seeing a random white truck with no windows in the back parked at a random spot at the park we used to go play at. But my mom, aunty and cousin we all stay close together but I would be looking at him and the guy just sit in there looking at us. I feel bad for the girl. You were there at that time but you didn't know how to help her or was looking after yourself. If you did go help maybe you could have been killed too since you were a kid.
This story remind me of back in 1994 i walk home from work and saw a man was so drunk and chasing me i got so scared so i screamed so loud and cry so there were people came out of their house helped me and call police on that drunk scary man
don’t say like that if hebis smart he should report to the police. you have to remember that in the 80’ we don’t know if there’s a nice police because we used to live in laos and thailand police didn’t help civilians as in the USA. the culprit paid the police they would place fault at you regardless.
Never get in car with the stranger, bad people out there pick up kids walking by themselves and kidnapping to molest them. Please educate your kids and adults never trust no one. Even if they ask you questions for directions.
Give him a break? He could had saved the other kids life if he would have reported sooner. But I guess Hmong people don’t like confrontation and that’s not a good thing for future generations.
Brother, you can't use the excuse that you didn't report to the police because you and your family didn't know American laws. Even Hmong jungle laws, we still report to the authorities. Just say you and your family were afraid to report to the authorities.
