If you want large ones the best thing to do is join the Pacific Northwest Palm Society and network with members, ocassionally they prefer mature specimens for the club. Otherwise, cedar rim and Phoenix perenials have smaller rostrata and other yuccas.
Awesome, good to know. One more pot question for you - I live southern magnolias but have limited space. Looking at a potted southern magnolia option...would you recommend this and if so, which varieties?
