Very informative and entertaining at the same time. Making me consider getting my collection graded. Haven't really bought any cards in the last decade. But my collection is sleeved and in binders. Thanks for the information
If you old mint cards and especially if they are 1st edition then I would highly recommend it as it will protect them long term and give you a more solidified value based on the grade received
@@vintage_yugioh They are 1st ed. I have complete sets of every release up to Cyberdark set, including tp1-4, 1st McDonald's set and most of the video game promos.
Hey nice video!, what do you think about non-English 1st edition vintage cards? , the PSA population it's pretty low and you can find some good prices around.
This makes a lot of sense I always thought 10 would be so rare but especially these days as long as the card was printed right it should be good to go pack fresh
Great video! What are your thoughts about how buyers should prioritize purchases? If you were to rank the top 10 cards that are probably likely to have the most movement what would they be? I can’t decide if I should be targeting GBI gods or just saving for LOB. Thanks!
Any thoughts on Black luster soldier 1st edition sye-024 ultra rare. Can’t find much on it even on PSA, I don’t see it crop up much compared to the other luster soldiers, any info on it would be great
If you’re referring to for example grading the first Ten Thousand Dragon and getting it listed first then yes you’re much more likely to get a premium for being the first. As more supply comes back then demand normally goes down.
@@vintage_yugioh I pulled a well centered gaia the magical dragon knight starlight rare and thought about having it graded since there is no PSA 10s. But, it's the cheapest starlight in the set basically and I put it up for over market price on ebay raw which sold. So I guess I won't be grading it lol.
What do you think about the reprint sets like Dark Beginning/Revelation? Lots of the versions of classic cards from those sets are harder to pull than their original printings and have super low populations.
Excellent insight. I still think that the Yugioh collecting community lags behind the actual game. It seems to be the opposite way around with Pokemon which sees new cards being worth grading.
