@@monkfishy6348 3 cards were played, but only 1 actually did something to the opponent that caused them to surrender. Even if you count Legendary Ocean's effect to get Ocean Dragon Lord on the field, it's still only 2 because Sea Stealth II did literally nothing, it was just a card that was played and happened to be on the field at the time.

@@critanddam9031 I meant that he was probably going to click all the monsters he wanted removed and he started with that one, which was a mistake because the effect makes you pick the one to keep instead.

As a Blackwing player, i wish that we had a few more negates. Relying on Blackbird Close doesn't usually cut it😔

What gave you that conclusion? The fact that said children’s card game is built upon ancient magic or the fact Maxx C is still legal in 2 formats?

@@siphemanana2551 Maxx C is legal in two formats because without it, the game would legitimately be worse. You'd have to cut half the cards in the game to balance it and even with Maxx C it's a trashfire either way.

@@siphemanana2551 We literally need more cards designed like Maxx C and for cards like Ash to be banned. Hand traps should never negate, they should only provide the victim with a choice: keep going and risk disaster (well well, if it isn't the consequences of my own actions!) or cut their plans for the turn short. Negates kill interaction and should be both rare and usually only given to boss monsters or powerful support cards for low-tier archetypes. Powerful decks and archetypes should encourage player interaction by encouraging player choice, and powerful hand traps should do the same.

@@SomeBlankBullets I'm pretty sure that keeping Full armour master is the best choice, you have Sharnga in the gy to pop a potential threat and you could also have Chinook in the hand to, again, deal with a threat in battle (since it changes a monster's attack, it can be used in the damage step, safe from any negate) Edit: that's not a main deck monster, black wings rely mainly on the extra deck monsters

@@SomeBlankBullets well it's kinda difficult to give you one by typing, I'd recommend Kanak gaming and silent blackwing as blackwing content creators if you want to learn more about the deck. Just know that the deck is a really good deck for spamming out synchros, mainly dark attribute ones because simoon and vata lock you into dark only

Combo decks are the real evil in going 2nd deck's eyes

One of my toughest wins was against a dragon link player, I just had an insanely lucky starting hand. My mikanko deck is my baby, they are required.

"Unaffected by card effects" does not include effects that affect players, this is why something like Evenly Matched would also work here. It's more noticeable with "cannot attack" cards. Cards that say "monsters cannot attack" don't prevent monsters unaffected by card effects from attacking, but cards that say "players cannot declare attacks" do prevent monsters unaffected by card effects from attacking.

Doubt anyone actually asks why you're running it.
