Purchased the smoke white led side lights and they dont turn on (same brand you recommend). OEM Lights weren't as easy as video shows. Plugged my OEM lights back in to make sure I wasn't nuts. Tried the replacements with no luck.
Hello, we just purchased a 2021 GMC Yukon Denali XL and love it, but we cannot seem to get the puddle lights Under the side mirrors to work? We can see there are lights there but we have yet to see them turn on? Do you know why?

I replaced my side marker lights with no issues, but they don't seem to be turning on. I'm thinking I'm just not understanding what to do to actually turn them on? They're not turn signals, right? I'm feeling dumb here.
I have seen some defective ones come from Amazon, as for turning them on they are a running light that is on all the time with the parking lights. Another thing to check is making sure the connectors were fully seated when you plug them in and maybe even have the headlights turned on when you are messing with the connector to see if they flicker on or off while messing with the connector.
Side markers are illegal. White lights should only be facing forward. You will fail inspections or get pulled over more so be prepared for that if you do this.
