Charikyu i've never tasted american cheese, it seems delicious tbh cuz it's so easy to melt!

There is a big difference between "Kraft" American Cheese (Which is what is being used in this vid), and Real American Cheese which is kind of like a Light, White, Cheddar.

Kikomyu i just said the same thing its not even cheese...

use gochujang and sesame oil as a basic base for broth add other seasoning too if wanted

+Justin Quintana Hey Justin, I couldn't reply directly to your comment above but here's my response! I find that it's best to add the egg after the water boils. If you add it before the water boils, it won't cook as nicely and if you add it after the ramen, it'll stick to the noodles. Let me know how it goes :D

Use chicken ramen instead.

Oh noo!! Sorry you had a bad experience. This recipe works best with a spicy ramen because the creaminess of the cheese will balance out the spice. Give it another shot when you happen to have a spicy ramen around 🙂

You can definitely do it that way! I'm just used to putting the soup in the water first, and I think that kinda gives the eggs some flavor :D

Oh and I added a bit of garlic powder and mixed milk with the egg and it is a tad creamy but yummyyyyyy
