Modeling chocolate can be used to make chocolate roses and any other chocolate decoration. It also helps to decorate a cake in various way. Ingredients (Liquid glucose syrup)
1cup sugar
1/2 cup water
A slice of lemon or tartar
A pinch of salt
Ingredients (for Chocolate modelling):
1 cup chocolate (white/dark )
1/3 cup sugar/corn syrup
1 small piece of butter
Gel food colours
In microwave safe bowl put any chocolate either brown or white and add a piece of butter Melt this in microwave for 1-2 minutes Mix it properly make sure no chocolate pieces should be there Add sugar syrup/corn syrup and mix till thickens Transfer this on cling wrap fold it from every sides Keep it aside for 6-7 hours or over night at room temperature For white chocolate repeat the same procedure and add any food colour of your choice in to it. And cover it in cling film for over night
Tip: Always use gel or powder food colour when working with chocolate. Never use liquid food colour.
