Cold Rice Noodles

In the hot summer, my homesickness is short of a bowl of cold rice noodles from my hometown. Friends who have had cold rice noodles from my kitchen all drool when they think of it. they hope I could make a video about my cold rice noodles. Today’s video is finally ready. I wish my friends who watched this video can make authentic Yunnan rice noodles at home. In this extraordinary day of foot restraint, the happiest thing is to stay home and cook good food.
Ingredients for making cold rice noodles:
1 pack of Jiangxi rice noodles 10.58 ounces,
Side dishes: ginger, garlic, cilantro, carrots, leeks, mung bean sprouts, Basil(optional), toon buds (optional)
Seasoning: salt, brown sugar, soy sauce, balsamic or fruit vinegar, oil chili, oil sesame, oil peanut butter, peanut powder
Stir-fried meat with pickled vegetables(optional), cold beef slices(optional).

The last thing I want to share with you : if you can’t find Jiangxi rice noodles, you can use angel hair, Korean, Japanese noodles, Vietnamese rice noodles instead, as long as there are those seasonings, sauce and side dishes, they will be made with Yunnan flavor! ! !
