I think they should start yuta. I think cam, okogie , Damion Lee, bates Diop and Eubanks as a second unit is going to be strong and long. I think you should do a video on who the regular 2nd unit is going to be
Bates Diop is also a great sign for vet min. 6'8 with 7'3 wingspan. Along with yuta and drew eubanks all vet min signed. These guys could have easily gotten paid more elsewhere but came to phx to try and win. Huge upgrade for suns. They looking solid right now.
Someone who makes this statement has not watched the Suns at all and doesnt understand team basketball at all. I know, you probably ran to google, looked up this guys stats, looked at ppg and that was your whole argument. You didnt look at how many shots, or how many minutes he played. Nor did you compare when Durant was on the floor or the fact the Nets were over crowded of wing players and no stars to help take the heat off the role players when Durant was traded. Now, if you actually did any real investigation you would know when this guy played with Durant, he shot over 50% from the corner 3. Now he is on a team with Durant, Beal and Booker. Last season when Durant was traded, the most wide open shot the role players had was... drum roll... The corner 3. So yeah, this guy will supercharge this team. The team already charged up, having a guy who can hit the open 3 super charges that team. That is the main reason why they lost to the Nuggets last year in the playoffs. Their role players could not hit the open shot. In game 4 a role player actually did and they won. Shamet scored 19 points, including hitting open 3s in the corner late in the 4. Now they have a guy who can do it consistently. That is super charging a team. He fills in the missing piece. You can have super star players on a team, but you still need the right role players to make it work.
