was my main fall/winter evening scent in the 80's :) it was one to use lightly! Aveda's original Love reminded me of it a bit. miss that Thanks for sharing your take on this version! now want to do a side by side with an old bottle (have just a few oldies collected) and the new. lol Happy solstice, Ariel!!
Hiya, I loved your description of this classic beauty 🙂 A New Age book shop, lol well that's right up my street! I've known this perfume for years, and recently became reacquainted with it, on my last travels through the Netherlands. It does smell quite different from the original, however, its still recognisable. And I still love my newer bottle. I agree with you, perfume is so subjective, and only we know what truly sits well with our own body chemistry. Thank you Sassy Dragon. x

Hi! 😊 I really like your channel and subscribed! Just wanted to also point out that this is the EDT version. The EDP version's bottle looks slightly different and has a black thread in the middle that is visible through the bottle's window. Compared to EDT, the EDP is less sharp, a tiny bit less citrusy, softer and sweeter.
