you know, im a big dbz fan but i would say blast takes iq over gohan. gohans basically just a super smart saiyan, but blast seems to have an extremely good knowledge about not just human subjects but also about extra-dimensional beings such as god. overall iq would go to blast

goku would already be high planetary by the saiyan saga. a power level of 10,000 is needed to destroy a planet, and goku at his strongest in that saga, with a power level of 32k using the kaioken x4, is far above that.
