There’s no cross plane engine today that people rave about that sounds better than this, these are the real deal muscle bikes of old, to ride them has be to experienced to truly appreciate- this is what I remember when I was coming out of high school
I forgot to mention that I own a 2019 MT10 and a ZRX 1200r the mt is more modern yes but the ZRX is just an altogether different animal, the sound the throttle response the grunt , the torque, just has to be experienced- that’s all I can say , my ZRX just barely has 10k and I love her :)))) never get rid of her ever
Great video, the front suspensions are w a y to soft. I'd love to ride those bikes, however those soft suspended forks would make me cringe. You can see the wallow in the front as the riders transitioned on their seats. Their saving grace is that in the transition to the corners they would forcefully load the suspension forcing maximum tire grip in the front. Both really skilled riders.
Shawn Z I agree, been riding for 40 years and my '02 ZRX1200R is one of my most favorite! Ride the tits off it every chance I get and come back smiling every time. Mine is going in the box with me for sure 😃
Like you, I also have an `02 Rex, somewhat modded, and love it to bits. Even brought it home from the USA to Ireland with me a few years back and also plan to go into the Casket with this one !! LOL
