Just bought some Za'atar Seasoning with and without Olive Oil...Using it to make Baked Za'atar Chicken on a bed of Onions and Fennel...Can't wait to taste it
Thanks Veena, I bought some Royal Green Za'atar on a trip to Calgary, Alberta last week and although I had never seen nor heard of it before, I thought by the ingredient list that it would be a good addition to our spice repertoire. Planning to grill chicken I wanted to make a green za'atar marinade. A little google brought me to you and I followed this recipe to great success. Again, a heartfelt thanks to you for sharing!
