I think the two things from this album that will go most underrated is how incredible Zach and J.R.'s voices sound together, and just how much Zach's improved with his guitar chords.
My cousin passed the other day, and this was the first song I thought of. I’m not even sure if he ever listened to it, but it reminds me of him. He was always living in the moment not worried about the next day, cowboys boots and jeans, driving his truck. This song will always hold a special, sad place in my heart.
Isbell is alright. Zach pumps out far more quality songs though. He takes the cake after this album. And even then, I’d put Evan Felker and Charles Wesley Godwin over Isbell.
I've been listening to this song on repeat and it never clicked that he is the same person that made Something in the Orange. I've been listening to this for an hour but Something in the Orange for the last two weeks.
I don't comment often but I have to say that I am absolutely in love with this song. By far my favourite song to play in the car while driving on the backroads to my house.
I was just thinking about how scared I am of getting out of the Navy and going back to OKC, but Zach gives me hope that I'll be alright. Don't feel that too often.

Kudos to this song. I recently helped one of my friends move from the east to west coast. We ended up making a 100+ song playlist, I always enjoyed when this song came on!
As a writer, this is helped me write and even if I didn't write, it would still be one of my favourite songs. I usually get pretty tired of songs if i listen to them on repeat but ithink that this would be playing on repeat in heaven. This is true talent. Amen brother 🙏

Man the first couple sentences kills me. My best friend from 4 years old tell i was 19 years old. We did talk daily and hanged out almost daily. Tell he passed away. We raised hell. He was from okc. I was from canton. Long story short the first 2 sentences kits me different. I sobered uo and im a rancher now.
