U can see that she has to give her 100% to keep fit and that is how a normal person is. I don't understand the whole high metabolism skinny actresses talk about because they seem to starve themselves to be skinny. Plus I love the fact that she was one of those ppl who ate unhealthy food and has now changed. She really shows that although it is hard , it is possible to get healthy. That is so refreshing. coz not everyone ate well when they were young and her being motivated in her recent years to make a big difference is inspiring.
