Whether it was a relationship or friendship, they clearly had a strong bond. I can’t even imagine the pain they must’ve felt after Zayn left and the strain that was put on their connection. I only pray for their hearts because love like that doesn’t just disappear..

I used to just ship Zarry as kind of a joke bromance (because they were my 2 favorites in the band) and nothing more, but lately I've caught myself watching more and more videos about them and well..... the proof that they were most likely in an actual relationship together....is pretty convincing to me

I have theory that i have kept to myself, i think the guys planned it. I would n´t even be surprised if Harry and his compassion instigated it knowing that Zayn was miserable. And when he got out and we received him with open arms the same Harry according to their interviews suggested they take a break. And to make sure nobody suspects them they decided to act cold towards each other. i don´t think people who were this close can drift apart and throw away all the 5 years they literally spent together. They went through so much to not even talk to each other. If they were women i would say it´s possible but guys don t sweat the small stuff. And there have been no rumours of any of them poaching on the other´s woman, it makes no sense.

In an interview he said it was like wearing a mask..fake it until you make it (or in his case, until you can’t take it) He said that once he realized he had no input really, couldn’t express himself artistically and modest controlled them so much, I’ll bet he wanted out. That realization probably happened really quickly, I’m sure in the first year. what’s the point of staying if you can’t grow as a music artist. You’re just trapped. But maybe the good times were good and so he stayed. He probably appreciated being able to support his family in a way he never could but then once everything really became unbearable he bounced. We’ll never know what really went on but it’s understandable why he left.
@1d _5yrsmemories i think he wanted to be with harry as much as harry wanted him to stay for sometime, but then maybe things got more complicated for him with his eating disorder and all his songs being rejected that it got so toxic that even harry couldn't convince him anymore

Amsorandom Loveme SAME! I tried to ship Larry but I just can’t. I tried to read fan fiction and tried to look at Larry clips and photos but it just doesn’t give me the same feeling Zarry does. When I look at Larry, I can’t help but just see a friendship and it doesn’t give me a romantic feel but when I look at Zarry, I can see a relationship and they just interact so romantically.

I don't know if it was romantic. But they LOVED each other. Like best mates, best friends. And the way Zayn looked after him, and the way Harry looked at him I don't know if it was romantic but it was full of love, adoration, fondness and happiness and I love it how they looked like they were best friends.
