I was an Original xbox and xbox 360 owner and loved it. Hadn't had a PlayStation since the PS1. That presentation and how they repeatedly mentioned TV and focused on it is why I got a PS4 at launch. Now as a PS5 owner with a large physical and digital game collection. As long as Sony keeps the backwards compatibility in all future gens I can't see myself switching back ever. I have a pretty good PC and can play the new Elder scrolls if it every comes out and Starfield on that.

E3 kicked the bucket because they allowed fake bullshot trailers to take over the event. The last few years of E3 everyone knew the games would be nothing like the trailers. The summer games fest gets actual working demos into peoples hands and is far better at marketing to get people hooked. Too bad AAA studios and their scummy business practises have the opposite effect when they release demos.

Rogue. Do it. The legendary ability to plant poison traps in stealth that pop simultaneously when you exit stealth and the shadow clone that mimics it allows 8 poison traps to go off at once, which is around 32,000 dmg :)

I don't think there's particular hate on the Xbox. It just needs games. Nintendo are extremely non consumer friendly. But cuz they've got 1 new GOOD game. They're excused. It's just all Fanboyism etc.

Just because the Nintendo game studio mages to release a decent open world game(not that the bar is even that high anymore) mindless talking head and consumer just pretend (again) that Nintendo Cooperation isn’t just as scummy as the rest. The Diablo 4 trailer graphically looks great but the female Devil is just not scary. Something is missing. Too soft spoken and the music is so bad. Fighting the devil to Rihanna, The whole game seems to be a pop culture game now. No thank you Blizzard, You can keep the game and all it's microtransactions.

My buddy has a brand new series s he wants to sell me for $125 bucks.. I have a ps5 so I am really finding it hard to justify even at over half off. Would access to gamepass be worth it? I really can't decide,

Honestly, not even a little bit. The series S is a garbage version of the Series X, so any game Pass would have, will run at 30fps 1440p max.
