Vortex Generators from stolspeed.com are installed only on the outer part of the wing for demonstration.Powersetting is idle. Stallspeed with 50% VGs installed is 45kt. Clean wing stall at 51kt. After installation of all VGs on the wing stall speed is 40kt with idle power and 35kt with max power.

Great vid! You can see the turbulent flow getting to the front of the wing when it's about to stall. And you can clearly see the wingtwist! This is a realy good vid!

This is an EXCELLENT video really showing the benefits of the Vortex generators. Interesting is also the wingtip vortex visible towards the end.

@nocalsteve The VGs are in clear acryl and only 25mm long. With this movie quality you cant see them. Send me your E-mail address, so I will send you better photos. Viktor

So if went and bought a 601 HDS installed theese VG do you think i would pass the regulations that plane not stall before 35kn?
