I think the main reason is how popular the game was at the beginning, and how it keeps people playing. Since it's a Hoyoverse game, its huge fanbase says it all. The optimization is just amazing, allowing almost any average device to run it smoothly. More free-to-play players talking about the game will attract more big spenders. The reason people stay is simply the quality. It's not for RU-vidrs or streamers, but for working players who have money and limited time, leading directly to revenue. For example, in Wuwa's case, it's a new open-world game with improved features. However, now that the COVID pandemic is over, if we look at Genshin, they aren't even trying to create more content. In my case, why should I start a new open-world game when I have no time at all? I'm sticking with Genshin, there's nothing to do, and HSR and ZZZ aren't taking my time either.
@@sleepingrrandom2876 This is facts too, ngl. I used to play Genshin, and all my other favourite Gacha games, on my mobile then had to move over to PC bc of storage ngl
@@Myschyff I think you guys don't understand how people want to spend. Not just because what they want, it's about the love that they have with the game. If a shitty game gives you a lot of free rewards, will you spend in that game? Hell no bro, the game must be good, must have a solid base future that makes people enjoy and carefree about how good the game will be in the future. And I know until now I'm Knot 48, found and spend a lot of film. I still want to spend on bp and monthly card. Why? Cause the game is good and I want to stick with it in long term. Not just freaking m6w5 everything without even thinking bruh. And if everyone just spend like me? The number on top is reasonable cause the damn Hoyoverse game is multi languages, reading the lore of the game, understanding conversation with characters in the game. That's what created a bond between players with the game. Not just spamming skip button to combat, those type of player only play the game for 1 year or less
@@vinhthinhnguyen1087tbh i also buying welkin (i forgot their name in HSR & ZZZ) every month on 2 game (Genshin & HSR, now i switch to HSR & ZZZ) as a token for appreciation for their game, i poor & live in third world country so that was the best i can afford
@@vinhthinhnguyen1087yeah, good combat won't cater the game. People will probably got bored in a few months. I personally still playing Genshin because I feel attached with the beautiful world and its lore even tho I'm already bored with the combat, in ZZZ I feel attached with the character's personality cause they feels alive, while in WuWa I like the combat but I don't feel heavy attachment with the characters or the world.
@@hrcd21Absolutely agree with this. The characters personality in ZZZ is what made my love for the game, especially with how they introduced the Cunning Hares. I love Genshin’s world building and lore of Teyvat and its characters, but for me personally, the characters feel as if they’re missing something? The events have felt very lackluster too, especially the summer event one - probably the worst summer event I’ve seen. Wuwa, I got no comment about, I don’t play the game as much but agree with your points on being attached to the world building or characters, however the combat is exceptional
Goes to show people are still willing to throw money away to gachas even when they make the blandest, run of the mill trash possible. Well done humans.
lmao the wuwa numbers are already dropping even with those two waifus? i think the bait hate tumbnails of the youtubers haters of zenless are not working lol
FACTSSS. Legit I had no idea what Love and Deepspace was until this video. I was talking to my close friend about it and he was saying how it’s a game catered to the female audience and it hit me on how much untapped that market has, it’s no surprise how Love and Deepspace got up there and will probably be up there for a long time
Mihoyo's next release will be a farming game, similar to _Stardew Valley_ . If you want to try to predict what's next, pay attention to their original, limited-time events and new game modes.
@@Myschyff WW Stan weirdos will just claim its cuz KURO SO GENEROUS lol but in reality just not as popular. what it made is no joke tho so they shouldnt be fighting Genshin or ZZZ people over it.
@@kyero8724tbh even if that game was generous, people will still spend on that game if they like it and love it ( as a token of appreciation maybe), so the argument they say is actually debatable
Keep coping, first off wuwa is in a dead patch added on with the amount of freebies they gave us *because they are actually generous* unlike what you hoyo players ever experienced. Also look at the actual money they earned in zzz. Both genshit and honkshit starbucks had a 50% decrease in revenue, if we detract that amount from zzz revenue they only made a measly 5 mil. Keep coping into thinking zzz has any value.
In gacha revenue, it did. But in-game content? That’s debatable. Like for me personally, the events aren’t that great, especially the summer event, imo it’s probably the weakest summer event up to date but that’s probably a hot take
