Zenless Zone Zero's First Event is Actually GOOD

Event is funny and I finally managed to finish the story

How hard is for someone to complete the event if there are just starting out? How much story progress do you need?

I'm the biggest most biased ZZZ fanboy and I'm telling you this event is mid

A bangboo made for piper omg And Jane doe too for the dreamers I already have the gunhead bangboo tho so i dont know what to use

Most bangboos do 700% daze over 60 sec. Sumo does 900%. For some reason Luckyboo does 1300%.

I really hope event bangboos do not become a regular thing, as a free weapon would be way more impactful. Not only that, I sincerely doubt that this bangboo is as useful as you think considering there are 6 other physical bangboos at A rank and 3 that are S rank that you can target in the search. Looking at other players' initial tests, it's already ranked as super low in damage and meh in anomaly so unless its dupe 5 is somehow ridiculously cracked, it will be sitting in my inventory forever.

If this event is good for you then you have set your standards pretty low .

do u know if its better to get Ellen from M1-M2 or get her W-Engine?

Doesn't feel like an event to me. This could have just been another side quest. I'll take the rewards though.

It’s alright for a freebi HOWEVER for physical team (especially if planning on getting Jane doe) then Bangvolver is way better. It has higher damage mods, has a chain attack AND it does 100% anomaly build up which way better especially when Jane does kit looks like a fusion of Neko and her dodging with Piper and her anomaly build up

Also you need to be Interknot 30 and completed Chapter 2 - Interlude to access the event... I'm still grinding there lol

I'm doing the same thing, skipping Zhu Yuan and Qingyi. Waiting for Jane and Seth for my first Team

Is the Luckyboo competitive with the Revolverboo?

Its a cute quest but I don't like that I have to wait days to finish everything

i wonder if the events in this game will follow the genshin model (only requirement is to get to a certain point in the 1.0 story) or if it will follow the honkai starrail model (locked behind completing the newest story chapter).

if lucky boo is limited through the event, he will never come back btw. Heads up. that's how mihoyo limited weapons (Bangboo in this case) usually are.

"unlucky/lucky" he says as he had 6 S rank wins already :D I luckily secured both Lycaon and Ellen from the limited banner as well as C1 Rina from the standard and will prooooobably save up for Jane Doe depending on where the game and it's meta takes me.

As long as you keep glazing Hoyo, perhaps one day they will sponsor you or even help you with ideas on vids given you have enough influence Not long ago a CN Genshin CC exposed this on Bilibili that all his vids are guided and scripted by Hoyo’s internal staff, Hoyo is exploiting his influence(500k subs) to spread good words on Genshin, all he has to do is sit back and relax and record himself reading the script out and uploading Don’t give up, the good days are coming if you glaze harder

Personally I think the event is pretty mid. The rewards are decent and the interaction with the bangboos are cute, but it’s not something I will remember once it’s over.

Mihoyo time gates everything. You should be used to it by now if you played Genshin and Honkai Star Rail. Nothing new here and I don't even know if you should be acting surprised by it. Heck, I think even other gacha's time gate their events since I can remember quite a few in FGO did the same before I quit that.

Blud said "uhm acktually, its good" and then spent 3 minutes NOT explaining any reason why. It's a below average event. It's barely even an event. You dont do much, and there isnt even enough combat for an event in a combat game. You have to spend 20+ hours playing the game just to unlock the event, then spend 70%+ of the time in the event not doing any combat. It's terrible. The rewards arent even a lot. The bangboo is nice, but otherwise it is the worst event you could have (except for the genshin coop event and fischl event, which even then was still better event gameplay than this).

Considering max dupes, perhaps the strongest Bangboo in the game?

I'm always torn with these Bangboos that are essentially just stat sticks. On one hand, the bonuses are useful... but on the other hand, they can't be used in your chain attack combos
