Today I managed to record my video ahead of Tropical Storm Beryl, which is headed toward the Texas coast just south of us. I’m halfway between Houston and Galveston, but we are ready for it. I’m hoping everyone in the path of this storm is safe and my heart goes out to those in the Caribbean islands who lost so much because of this storm.
In today’s video I showed some fun ways to play with Zentangle fragments and reticula. My first CZT, Victoria McMillen, showed our class how to make fragment cubes to play with various combinations. I also made a larger version to print for cardstock that I will make available on my RU-vid community page if anyone wants to try it (link is below). And then, for my tile, I used a “Romanancy” type reticulum and filled it with various fragments.
