While studying patterns in the poster “102 Tangles of Zentangle”, I found that there were two different versions of the pattern Bucky in the Zenthology books that I have. (These are CZT only books.) Bucky is not included in the 102 Tangles poster, but I wanted to show the older and newer versions of it.
In my previous video I showed how to draw the original version of the pattern Bucky and in this video, I show how to draw the newer version. The main difference is the grid that you begin with, but the result is definitely different. I’ve really enjoyed playing with both versions, and I hope you also enjoy them.

A 3.5” Zentangle tile or Bijou 2” tile (or any paper of your choice)
Black Micron 01 pen or PN (or your choice of pens and colors)
Graphite pencil
Blending stump
Optional: Colored pens or pencils
