it is lovely here....the rain was fine....even with the big tires....felt fine to me and the fenders didn't help at all...my shorts were soaked at the back lol :)

Seems sturdy to me but how did you crack yours? Are they cheap enough to order?

@@TimsElectric the cycle paths are pretty bumpy on my ride to work. It’s roughly 15kms (30kms round trip). The paths are either cement or tar. The mudguard would constantly hit the brake mechanism, which caused the crack. After going through 2 mudguards, I ended up removing it completely. They’re about SGD $25, plus shipping. Yes I've a got 10x and the same thing. After just a few rides the rear mud guard cracked each side near the base and then squeaked something terrible. Took it off and went without it, don't ride in the wet so all good. Also a terrible squeaking from the handle bar stem. Replaced the locking flange with a better one from Falcon.

@@diadem7772 sounds like some smart upgrades there :) :)

I would reach out to your seller to ask this...when i looked up 72V I thought cut off would have been around 62 Volts.. you can check this when you Google "voltage chart 72 v" but ask the place you bought it before you make any changes :) Just to be safe :)

It has a 32 Ah battery...with 72V so I expect it to go between 50-100kms ...depending on temperature and rider weight...I haven't done a range test yet :)

no you're too old...lol....I'm 52 in June...love these things :) super convenient for getting around town...I use them to get to photoshoots, soccer games (pre COVID) and around town, groceries...anytime I need to get myself around town I use them when I can :)

I can get it for £1,700< on Alibaba with 12 months warranty via credit card and pay it off over 1, 2 or 3 years interest free. (I wouldn't, I'd pay outright, but it's just an example) Why would I pay £2,895+ from a U.K. seller clearly overcharging? Oh, and they're out of stock.

@@TheLondonCyclist I totally know what you mean...I live in Canada and I can literally see the USA when I'm out riding (it's about 17 miles on the other side of the strait) but we're always getting the short end of the stick when ordering electronics....drives me nutz :)....gotta say though ...a 1000 quid is not pocket change....IMHO :)
