Hello guys I want to suggest something... Those who are going to try this recipe... I tried it yesterday... First steamed it n then kept it in oven... But taste was not too different.. So better u keep the second step.. (just steam it.. No need to microwave).. It tastes gud... N stomach fills....better taste when u eat it hot fresh.. We make it offen at home... We both hubby and I love it... Thanks dear saaol channel... U introduced us to oil free world...we never thought food could be tasty even without or very less oil.. Thanks!
Sir m not saying u r wrong in every thing...pl don't tke me wrong...u hv gvn knowledge how to mke zero oil food...it's really a vry good thing to know about...At least v can stop using...refined oil..& cook food without oil...

Just like pomegranate or custard apple these fruits are also too healthy n enriched in minerals and vitamins.. But a diabetic patient cannot consume it... Bcoz of high sugar content.... Microwave only heats water molecules in food and the food is cooked... It is just the transfer of energy, so how can we say it is dangerous. But when we cook food in microwave in a plastic utensil, the plastic melts and it's microparticles can get into our food and may cause cancer in future(not guaranteed). We can use plastic but use as little as you can... Rest you can use ceremic bowls and other microwave safe utensils

In ur 1 video u hv told not to eat mungfali...Even Lord Krishna at the time of war...every day eats mungfali...it has also lots of oil content in it...if it is harmful y he ate then...it cannot be harmful...
