Hello all! I can’t even tell you how excited I am about this drink. As always, there is some production involved, but theres a really cool step on how to make a toasted coconut milk that I learned from J Kenji Lopez Alt. However, the work really pays off with this one. Its like being on a tropical vacation, but theres a freak snow storm and you are staying inside by the fire.. strange scenario, I know. 1.5 Toasted Coconut Milk
1oz Grapefruit Cordial
1 oz Ghia Aperitif
Few drops of salt water solution
Garnish: Rose Water & Mint
