This is my favourite tool for the closest Zero before using the Foils or for a straight Zero Fade.
It's my Kemei 2600 cordless clipper from my previous videos with a Wahl Balding blade on it and I changed the housing from my Wahl cordless super taper. I left the lever on but you could also take it off.
Copy this and now you've got a really powerful Balding cordless clipper for all hair types.

What a genious and innative Idea I had to steal it from you 😄 one question I have done the same and everything is perfect so far but did you change the white small blade holding bracket that came with the kemei 2600 at all or modify it in anyway where the smaller blade clips onto. Or did you just leave it the same. Thanks and great mod I'm wanting to do the same kemei 2600 with a wahl super taper blade 😀 👌 Thanks again

Thanks for your positive message Nicky. It's been awhile and I still use these to bald out today, before using my foils for a smooth skin fade. I don't think I changed the white cam follower. Just both blades bottom and top Wahl balding blades. But I'm sure you can use the cam follower from your Wahl clipper. All the best! 💯👊🏽

Hello... may I ask a question? do you have to replace the cam follower, spring, knife holder from Wahl products before you change the blade from Wahl? or you still use the original kemeinya spare parts?

Hi Daniel, yes I still have it and use it daily. You cannot but this. As Wahl doesn't have a cordless balding yet, I put it together myself.

Nice video, I was thinking about doing the same mods. I don't think the Kemei 2600 are as good as magic clips, so this gives purpose to the Kemei clippers.

Perfect video with excellent info in description. One question though, although you changed the blade to the wahl balding blade, can you still use the clips / guards on this and if so which ones, wahl guards or Kemei guards? Also, did you zero gap this? I use 0, 0.5 and 1. Hoping this machine can do all three

Thank you, You can use both guards on this blade do not adjust the lever as the hair won't cut. Just stick to zero gap. I have adjusted it to zero gap. Over a year now and still my go to for balding out before I use my trimmers. 💯👍🏼
