Perm, I’m so proud of you and your wife brother!! My wife and I have wanted to do the same thing you are for years but we will probly never get to achieve our goal but I pray you and your wife do well!! Give folks the same good food you would feed your own family and folks will keep coming back!! Dee, I’m so proud of you as well. Graduating from CIA is a huge accomplishment in its own right but now your out here sharing that education everyday by bringing good food to everyday folks who don’t have the luxury of typically getting food from a good, well trained chef but you are bringing it right to the street. My wife’s nephew graduated from CIA also and is an outstanding chef. We helped him start a food truck for awhile and after a couple years he decided to move on to Florida and is at a seafood restaurant now. Perm & Boss Lady, keep cooking, keep loving each other, and keep serving up that wonderful bbq! I wish I was closer cause I’d be there everyday! Bbq is the best food in the world!! I’m in NC and these jokers over here have no idea how to do bbq right, bless their hearts, they try but always mess it up so they just end up chopping it up with huge cleavers then pour vinegar all over the top of it and just ruin it!! The only vinegar that should ever touch bbq is when a little vinegar runs out of the slaw that’s piled up on top of the sloppy hawg sandwich but that ain’t hardly any vinegar at all!! Take care both of you and please be safe out there!!
