I eat Organic celery, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds every day for zinc. You’d be amazed at the benefits of eating simple celery. It actually is rich in a lot of essential micronutrients.

Thanks for the video. I have my Zinc supplements but not Copper. If I wanted to buy copper to take it in case of heavy zinc intake, when would it be ideal to take it? Zinc is best assimilated away from meals, but on the copper package I read "with meals" Is it necessary to take them together or can I take the zinc on an empty stomach and after one or two hours take the copper with a meal?
Also copper bc it competes with zinc and is involved with the formation of crosslinks in collagen matrices, without copper we can't form large structures of collagen, you could argue its almost as important as calcium for bones and connective tissue
@@adamdevmediai get breathing issues when i take 20-50mg zinc every day, i think it's because it compete with copper, and as far as I know, low copper levels can give breathing issues due to low oxygen in blood

I believe you mixed up quercetin and phytosomal quercetin. Normal quercetin should be taken with good, if I'm not mistaken, while phytosomal can be used on an empty stomach.
Hi Dr.Jin what supplements would be best to take for someone who is on dialysis for about 10yrs, hb down to 5 after transfusion now at 7, possible liver damage as well. Any advice on helpful supplements would be very much appreciated, TIA
People buy ionic liquid zinc! I had zinc deficiency for yeears and with no reason. I tried all pill form zinc supplements and they never rised my levels. I finaly was giving up and one of my college say to me just try liquid zinc because pill forms are expencive pee and absorps really poorly 0-20% and liquid forms over 90%. I tried and symptoms went away and i am feeling better and better. I am not here to promote any brand i am Just from my years and years experience saying buy liquid ionic zinc and dont waste money on Pill forms:)
Not to promote a brand, but it fits with what you were advising, Orgabay has a liposomal quercetin phytosome. It also includes vit c, bromelain, turmeric and zinc!
