Why would Reiss get a minute or two? He is on the final year of his contract, purely at the club to make up the numbers because he is below Marquinhos in the pecking order.
@@guneytopal7076 We played Martinelli against Zurich last time out. Considering our schedule coming up it would make sense to change the entire attacking half seeing as we rely so heavily upon our wide players
@@hannesp3493 If Smith-Rowe was fit I'd play him on the left, Marquinhos on the right and Nketiah down the middle. But Smith-Rowe's injury means we will eventually have to play Nelson. Don't like Nelson, Niles, Elneny, Holding, Pepe. They are the last piece of deadwood that will be sold in the summer or allowed to leave on a free. (Holding will probably stay as he is happy being fourth choice CB.
The kids of this generation dont know how lucky they are to have players so accessible. When I was a kid 30 years ago my dad worked at Highbury Ford and I used to beg him to get signed stuff for me when the players used to come in, it was a way of supporting a local (international) business. Arsenal non playing staff used to come by my primary school (Grafton) and hand out stuff too.
But at the same time you older gunners experienced the pinnacle of English football. I was 4 when we won our last league title, I hope we all live to see more mate!
Yeah but I really envied the older generation who were watching in Highbury. They were able to have a much closer and livelier match day experience during game days since the pitch was so close.
@@shaun_seow Highbury was special, didnt go to much games but used to go with my dad all the time when his workplace used the 5 a side pitch inside the ground.

It’s all great this connection and showing love to players after the game but all it takes is one nutter with a knife to attack a player. They really need to have some security outside when they leave the stadium and maybe do a meet the fans bit at the end where it’s cornered off and has security there to protect them rather than ambush them at their cars
