Thanks for bringing it to us Scottie. I still build models and built my first one with my dad when I was 4 years old. Zigger's are as cool as Rat Fink and Weird-oh's and all that stuff back then. Loved it then and Love it now !!
Yes I get it. It's art, and there's a place for art in this industry. In fact, there isn't enough art in the muscle car world so right on Scottie and thanks.👍
They are so cool 😀👍🏽👍🏻 we had the stickers from the bubble gum in the 70s as kids of the crazy car's with monsters in them must of came from theses ? Plus when I was a kid in primary school we had book's you could read witch they wouldn't have now , my favorite was a drag racing from the 60s of wheely car's and trucks going down the strip on 2 wheels scraping the bumpers with sparks flying or the tail gate down, I only saw the pictures but they where cool 😀👍🏽 the other book's I liked and remember was Evil Carnival and Bruce Lee doing karate 😀👍🏻
I have to connect to make this statement. I grew up in Flint, was in the Army 69-71. I had friends in in Detroit. We were building the "ORIGINAL' zingers on actual car chassis. My Zinger was a 62 chevy II twin blown Pontiac with AA/FD diff, axles and tires, front straight axel"altered" design. Ran and performed. I love the zinger story, but is is somewhat skewed.. Later we did a blown Hemi VW, real Zinger.
