To those who want to jump higher, increase muscle mass. Its proven on the US basketball teams website. P=fv Therefore if increase your muscle mass, the more force you will be able to input into the ground. Times that by speed/velocity, and that equals HOPS. That is why most people can jump high at such an extreme weight(ex. Zion, Lebron, Shaq), because most of their body mass is muscle. Check out any short high flyer, one common similarity is that they are all pure muscle, such as Nate Robinson. Hope this comment helped. God Bless!

It was really fun, you make up cheers, obviously eat with your team, speaking of teams, you get to play with your team in the actual court they do at Duke home and you get forms and free basketballs at the end of camp, every now and then you will see a player. Also, every team needs a coach so that’s exactly what they give you and your team! It was really fun! I recommend it a lot!

Iron.Addict If Zion played during barkleys era, he couldn't be stopped. He 10x more athletic and handles the ball way better. Btw, I watched Barkley in college. we tend to over-hype guys of old. I've been guilty. Barkley was a relentless physical presence and that's something that can't be measured but he had nowhere the athleticism of this kid.

@@c.kizzee8961 you would be true if Zion does what he did in high school in the pros.....Remember Barkley is a NBA hall of famer, he did that against men while being under sized....Only time will tell tho
