@@Toddy9cent Verstehe nicht ganz...? Ich bezog mich darauf, dass die Jungen außerhalb ihrer (eben oft Tik Tok-) Blase, oft nur mehr wenig mitkriegen. Das finde ich ein bisschen traurig.

Die junge Generation ist das Ergebnis unserer Anleitung, Schon Kleinkinder sind "Zielgruppe" der Werbung, zu wenig Schutz vor dem Einfluss der Industrie. In der Schule fehlen Themen, wie Haushaltsführung, Finanzplanung. Oder einfach: Wie werde ich GLÜCKLICH? Ist der aktuelle Bildungsplan das BESTE, was wir unseren Kindern bieten können?

A little bit, once you understand all the chords are in a circle of fifths & your major & minor chords are together, it becomes simpler. The accompany strings are pluck one, skip two strings & pluck the third & fourth strings...The fret's are for playing the melody, just like on a mandolin. So it's always pluc one, skip two strings for accompaniment chords. It takes a while to get the hang of it, but once you do it becomes easier. Right now I cannot hit the bass notes, but I can hit the chord notes.

@@@patmurphy389, Thank you for the explanation though I know not music or how to play any instrument. Der Dritte Mann is one of my favorite tunes. I so enjoy The Third Man episodes by Orson Wells or George Orwell or H.G. Well or ? So many wells I can't remember.
