He most likely killed himself. He says that death doesn’t scare him and he has enough slaves for him. He could mean that in the afterlife he has enough people he killed to be his slaves. Maybe he wasn’t scared of getting caught since he would’ve ended his own life either way, just wanted to send codes in case they do find out who he is but he’ll already be dead. It sounds like a really crazy conspiracy but that’s the most logical one I could think of.
