Welcome to The Scale Modelling Cafe, and welcome to the latest instalment on the Zokei Mura F-4C Phantom kit. In this episode I do all the dangle bits, I prefer to do this now before the painting as I find I lose all enthusiasm for a project after the fun of the painting and weathering. I used the Eduard Brassin ordnance set, scratch built a load of detail on the undercarriage legs plus used the Hypersonic canopy detail set (stand by for a separate review video on this set).

Hi Jamie, great video again. As an ex ‘Crab’ Phantom ‘Plumber’ (armourer) just a bit of info for you! As Alan said, medium brown is low explosive, typically rocket motors, golden yellow is high explosive so warheads on missiles, deep saxe blue is practice and Oxford blue is drill! Not bad memory for me it’s been 30 years since I touched a missile!!! 👨‍🦳😂

Good Day Sir, In reference to the color bands as you were talking about ON THE AIM-7 Sparrow Missile's. Yellow is "Live Explosive" and the Brown is "Live Motor"

Yellow band means that it is explosive or has an explosive on it; the brown band denotes that it has a live rocket motor. Inert ordnance is blue or has a blue band..

For my part, those model weapons incl.rifles, handguns need decals, without them it's just not realistic. I did many dioramas and many modern soldiers (mostly from my old 🪂🕵️‍♂️⚕️🏴‍☠️ unit) and I added to all rifles some kind of decals...
