The Notorious Gamer people would not tend to take the whole bag, they could pick out the useful things like food, fire starters and if in a large group, the knives would be good to share out between three or four people.
The odd thing about zombie shows and tutorials is that they all tell you to go out and about rather than staying at your house or settling at a base, you should just fortify your home or even just your garage / basement
Depends on the situation if you are in a large city let's say new york your BEST plan is evacuating with a vehicule with two wheels because the cities will quickly be quanrantined and martial law will apply so if you don't go out you might be stuck for a while and you need a bike because all the higwways will be cloged and only bikes will go trought so you have to pack light and go fast.
@@seranom sure.it's only in your little imagination that it happens that way and you destroy the millions of people in all large cities and you defeat military personnel with your bare fists
You definitely can't forget bug repellent! Although this kit would be great for fighting off zombies and surviving in the wild, it is so easy to get infected because insects can get infected by biting zombies, and those bugs are so easy to miss and you'd be infected that easily. NEVER FORGET BUG REPELLING PRODUCTS!
This has to be the most generic yet hilarious comment I think I’ve ever seen. I can just see that one fancy Winnie the Pooh meme saying this, no disrespect bro this shit was mad funny 😂
I would use a backpacking backpack, like an osprey, or even a hyperlight 2400 if you want to be really light. They're really comfortable to carry and are more streamlined than the tactical Molle packs with all the side pouches.
It is just amazing. I just love such kits. It is nearly impossible to believe that so many things are fit in the bag I saw your earlier video in which you showed about the 2.0 kit. That was also magnificent
Your kit makes the most sense to me, I've watched other people's kit's and they didn't address water and food, but they have a complete shopping cart full of guns, ammo and swords and assorted knives for every occasion!
I have had this pack for 3 years now and I use it every day for work and as my get home bag and it has never let me down. the waist & chest straps rely help spreed the wait and it has a lot of useful pockets. Nice vid many thanks

Mutation I think that a solar powered charger for a phone is a good tool. you can use features on the the phone to keep yourself entertained and you could download a survival guide XD
I unironically used to watch this video back to back for hours on end every single day in high school, sitting there on my shitty little school Chromebook watching it over and over made my mind race with thoughts about all the things I’d put in my kit. I dreamt about it for years. Eventually I had to give up on it due to some personal and financial problems that arose but lately I’ve had the funds to get back into this hobby and I am proud to say that I FINALLY have my first, real survival kit. It is by no means perfect, and I absolutely intend on making purchases to upgrade many things in it, but with the things included I can easily survive in the woods, no problems, for a solid week and I’m so proud of myself for never giving up on this dream
Pretty good pack impressed, but I'd get a tarp for shelter, (I see you have garbage bags but tarp is more durable) You should also have a hatchet, for of course processing wood faster. Maybe a Molle bag of Ammunition for your weapons, and mount the sleeping bag externally, so you can pack more items on the bag.
nice set up, I would add a collapsible fishing pole, like the pen size one your not going to win a fishing tournament with it but will bring in dinner, and a small slingshot it takes practice but you can knock out a squirrel or rabbit with a rock. thanks for the video
I noticed an emphasis on modern electronic gear in your bag. I think we all need to realize the need for USB chargers, car adapters and the ability to use and sustain electronic gear. No matter what, it's useful even in the wilderness. One good set of cables and adapters is all one needs. And a solar panel with a battery is as good as it gets for sustainability and even for barter. My brother and I have added such devices to our supplies. I also enjoyed the introduction.
great survival kit...if this bag got separated from you, do you have a small back up bag with all the important items to let you survive for a couple of days...???
Can you buy this bag altogether? If not can you make a website that you can maybe you could put all the things where there supposed to be I am ready to spend a bit more money. Your vids are awesome and keep it up. Maybe you could demonstrate.
Nice stuff. Things i see time and again is people relying on knifes (short melee weapons) and handguns. You want to create as much distance as possible to the zombies (or hostile people) so a long melee weapon would be my nr.1 choice. A baseball bat, a rake or something similar creates a distance between you and "the dead." And for handguns... think about all the misses, and shots that berely has and effect on the zombies, not to mention the shortage in ammo. Your best choice may happen to be a long melee weapon. edit: 😅 The baseballbat came in the end.
Great video, and I got some really good ideas from it, so I will be adding to mine. As far as shelter and sleeping, I carry an ENO hammock with a bug net & rain fly. It takes up very little space, can be setup in a safe area off the ground. The only drawback is that it does not have side walls to keep wind out, but I also carry a sub zero lightweight sleeping bag that is very comfortable. Great video, and keep the "zombie" references coming because it can very well happen, and it is also a good metaphor for any general Human Ending Event (HEE).
Good call on the SAS Survival Guide. Any military guide like that (i.e. Ranger Handbook and Special Forces Handbook, etc.) is good to know inside and out.
I love how everyone in the comments sections argue with each other like they’ve had some actual experience with zombies. You peeps have no clue how zombies will act or react and have no idea what weapons etc. would be most effective against a zombie. All your knowledge is based on fictional movies and video games. None of us have any actual knowledge about zombies so you’ll have to learn what works when they get here and the apocalypse starts...
all i need is that survival guide, food, a bag, knife and bat, lighter, water filter, a gun, cloths, communication device, charger and most importantly A GOD DAMN RIDE DUH!!!!!
Proteam Co. I would personaly take: -a wool blanket.(you die very quicky from cold and that's your first prioritues) -a tarp(good over the blanket or to cover the floor or cover holes in building or make a shelter outside) -a saucepan (cooking food and boil water to make it drinkable) -ductape (always handy no matter what) -some cord (same as ductape just stronger) -socks and boxers (most important clothes to change) -medkit -a good bag to hold all that stuff -a machete -some cans or MRE's -water Well that's already a good weight so i live it right here
The Random Vloger I was in your shoes too. The first thing you wanna get is a backpack that can carry a lot of stuff. No jansport or any of that. Then you’ll want batteries and ziplock bags.
Can I ask a question, if, and I stress if there was an zombie apocalypse, the first thing to go would be electricity, having all this USB kit is a waste of time. Very good bug out bag you have done.
Carlos de la torre hello mate, if, and I stress if a zombie apocalypse happened, you wouldn't be worried about using a computer or waiting for anything to be charged, as you would be running for your very life. Plus, other people would want to kill you for any equipment you had. We really on to much technology instead of using our minds, which is the best weapon to have. Have a good day.
Just got into The Walking Dead and now I am looking around my room thinking what I could pack/grab if the zombie apocalypse ever happened. Also this is extra af but like I’m into it:)
I like your pack but that said you have a lot of useless items. I keep food blocks MREs ammo fire starting water filters water tablets and body and teeth cleaning items toilet paper and barter items. My bag has a weight of 20lbs and would last one person months I plan to use it for 4 people for about 3 weeks of running from the city.
I dont think he cleared the entire lost of contents. I see a lot of potential, I asked the weight of his pack, im waiting for a response... if he says anything over 40... then I see a cardio problem. especially trying to escape with everything on hand.
Me:watches video *Mom walks in* Mom: You watch too much Walking dead Me: No I don't it's going to happen mom! *Mom walks out* Me: -Secretly pulls out school book bag to make a survival kit-
I love the bug out bag idea as i have one but i believe that there has to be a stopping point. Nobody needs 8 knives or 3 fire starter kits, 6 different pouches with redundant gear. Chances are..... though you may not think you have to- if you are on the go, you will AQUIRE as you move
Damn Brother talk about prepared!! I think you done a helluva good job covering all the bases!! I found your channel through a smart ass remark someone made about you on a knife review where the guy is getting pledges for a very expensive knife! Anyway turns out that jackass did you a favor cause I come over to check things out on your channel and just by this video alone I like your style so you got another subscriber out of it!! Look forward to checking out your other videos! Thanks Man.
my kit. Dagger. Machete. Shotgun. radio. 70 packs of walkie talkies. Lots and lots of shotgun shells. water bottle. water purifier. Lots of astronaut food. vegetable and fruit seeds. wood. hammer. nails. stones. package. bag of charcoal. tent. sleeping bag. duct tape. chainsaw. gasoline. 10 boxes of matches. Swat Gear. 30 gas masks. 10 med kits. and bug repellent
napstablook. I'd build a base which is protected to hold out in and keep all that gear because it is heavy yet useful. Add some shipping containers surrounded by fences and add a turret and you got a base
2 questions. What do you think it costs all inclusive? And why wouldnt you fasten your sleeping bag under the bag and utilize all the room it takes up?
MCstar of light shoot and scoot, you won't be going out of your way to kill zombies since ammo is a concern but it's good to have in case of an emergency whether it be zombies or other people (you can bluff really well if you have a deadly weapon and look experienced)
how much does your pack weigh? where can I get the items you have? although I believe we are far from a zombie mishap, those are some pretty good lone survival items you have there, and it looks like the pack is typically light in weight. thanks brother! and I'm not sure if I caught that if you were a paramedic, but if you are, thank you sir!
You should use a Sawyer Mini instead of a lifestraw, have a hatchet, have a bigger ferrocerium rod and have a flint and steel kit to. A Done magnesiumbar would be nice to have to.
I freaking love zombies man im 18 and i will be training for any disaster situation i tested out certain equipment(none that are firearm since i dint have a foud yet!) Specially flash lights nearly went blind lmao
@@jessebrown4755 weapons arent a neccesity shelter air and water is so you dont need to have thousands of dollars worth of rifles and ammo when you could play defensive
Great stuff man ! I like your setup , I don't prep for zombies tho :) Only thing I would change is that folding saw with a silky or bahco saws have a nice day Nick
I'm so judging him right now, for someone with military and Redcross experience this is a bad survival kit. However, he did get some key materials correct.
@Zhou Zay You can only put so much stuff in one backpack 🎒 I think you guys should cut him a little slack. I mean he more than likely has more experience than any of us.
Some people say you shouldn't have military like bags cause others will know you have good stuff. But I love military bags. Also I put my knife on my belt in case I get seperate from my bag. But it is a good idea to keep weapons hidden but easy to get to. Because if someone is watching you they'll see the weapons and want it, and when they attack you they might already have a plan to grab your knife off of you, so it's good if you have a few surprises up your sleeves.
I think you should have two fixed blades on the bottom of the pack so you have access with right or left hand to a knife from the bottom of the pack. Cool video tho 👍🏼👍🏼
How much does the bag weight?! If it’s too heavy..And an unfit person will definitely not survive! So many repeating items..not enough food! But thanks for making this! Great fun for training.
How do you attach the baseball bat? I have tryed to find a video on how to do that but can't find any. Do you have a strap or something? Is it secured?
everybody here is too young and edgy to understand the consequence of a catastrophic event. there will never be a zombie apocalypse, it would quickly fail. and even if it would occur. 80% of everyone in the comment section would die, dont think your ahead of the game because your not. the fact that you want a event like this to happen already proves my point, you have way too much self confidence for this situation. let me make it clear, YOU KIDS WOULDN'T SURVIVE THE FIRST DAY, NOBODY THINKS YOUR SPECIAL AND COOL. REAL PREPPERS SEE YOU AS AN UNREALISTIC AND STUPID, STOP TELLING EVERYONE THAT YOU'D SURVIVE THIS!
And most preppers would die within a couple days. Just because you got a gun doesn't mean you are any better off then a 10 year old with a machete. At the end of the day it all comes down to luck, if it did ever break out where it did, your location as of the notice and it comes down greatly to your mentality. Why would you honestly want to live in a world of fear and death? We aren't talking middle East here we are talking middle East meets Nazis meets concentration camps and you are a weak prisoner with a broken leg. At no point would anybody truly live past 1-10 years
At least you would last a few days weeks or maby just a month people are not gonna just die so fast even if the army gets taken over the zombies would starve so stop saying everyone's gonna die if you are saying that your saying you would not so long you know what you wouldn't last a day and you would be the first to be infected so stop being mean😠
Omg ATTWOOD ROPE ROMAN SOLDIERS ROMANS FIRST JOD WAS WORKING AT HIS FAMILY ROPE MAKING COMPONY ALL OF YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT BUT ITS JUST A HEADS UP😂😂😂😂😂😂
He had a fishing kit and plenty of cord to set up snairs that sounds like food to me. Also those electronics weren't garbage a light source is important in any survival situation. They also all have a way to get recharged. The only way to really improve this is with a riot suit and some bigger weapons like guns and bigger melee weapons.
i grew up trapping and fishing it can take days to get snares to work(if your luck). fishing takes time to too. a light source is not necessary for survival food is. throw out the brick size radio get a smaller hand crank one. toss the walkie talkies and all the charging crap. then you would have enough room for 3 days worth of food easy. then add 2 small traps and a better fishing kit.
really awsome im a army vet. i just moved out of a shelter and if i had the money thats what my kit would have as well with added fire power but really awsome i need a supplier list so i can start building mine your fire kit amazing thats the first thing im building
