Join us in Toyota Elephant Passage, with our elephant keepers and Groucho! Groucho is our oldest Asian elephant at 50 years old. He's a geriatric elephant who requires some specialized care, so you'll see him getting a foot check and nail trim, as well as some physical therapy from his two favorite keepers.

I am an animal lover, so I have always liked elephants but since watching these elephants I have come to love elephants. I watched Bodie and Jake and Jake made me fall in love. He has a wonderful personality. I laughed during the whole show. They kept talking about Groucho and now I get the chance to see him as well. Hel is a BIG guy. I am so thankful for these home safaris. I am disabled and at-risk which means I can't go outside because of this pandemic. I have been stuck at home for the past 4 months. It felt like I was in prison. I stumbled on this and it really makes a difference. I get a lot of information and I get to see great videos of animals. Thank you so much for doing this. I hope you keep it up even after the pandemic is over.

Thank you for this, Dionne. We are so glad to provide a small bit of comfort for you while you're at home. There's a whole library of virtual safaris to explore, and more being uploaded throughout the week! We don't do them as frequently anymore, but will keep trying to do them for people like yourself who can't come see us in person. Be well!

Fascinating! Elephant keepers have hard jobs that require a lot of knowledge, patience, compassion, skill, and physicality. Well, ok, so do other zookeepers. And imo, none is paid what s/he is worth. Sad to say, they're saving a lot of animals from extinction.

Can you guys do a Hippo live stream. I’ve seen the Rhino and the Elephant and I just want to see the hippo and tiger. I can’t wait to see tomorrow live stream!
