Yeah I know how you feel that is the shock collar scenario that would have been in the original movie but thankfully they decided not to do that. Thank you for being honest about it.

A shock collar...this comic is based in the cut version of zootopia where prey forced predators to put shock collars around their neck...fortunately it was to dark so we got the better version...but others may disagree
