Emmett Otterton was screaming about night howlers because he's a florist, therefore knows what they actually are. That's why he was targeted. He'd figured out what was going on, and was going to tell Mr. Big.

The thing about her being assigned to parking duty first, it actually makes sense: imagine what happens if a newbie gets thrown into the worst duties first without having the on-the-ground experience and the precinct doesn't really know what you can do. It's actually a way of keeping her safe and seeing just how determined she is to stay.

Carrots hugging Nick and pretending to reach for the carrot pen is one of the cutest parts of the movie.

Zootopia tackles racism, the drug problem, and political corruption. It's a dope kids movie that I re-watch with my nieces because I like it too.

Fun Easter Eggs: The sheep in the Breaking Bad type hazmat gear brewing the Night Howlers into crazy darts mentions a "Jesse and Walter" who are part of the gang. Breaking Bad reference Duke Weaselton, who sells the fake DVDs is a play on the character from Frozen called The Duke of Weselton. In Frozen people call him Weaselton and in Zootopia people call him Weselton, he corrects them in both movies. Chief Bogo talks about how life isn't a cartoon musical where your problems disappear in a musical number and tells Judy to "Let it Go." Frozen reference again. The mob boss is a type of shrew known to be ferocious. They eat several times their body weight in meat a day to survive. Also he's a Godfather reference.

15:45 - There's a comic of Judy and Nick getting married, but during the vows, he flubs "lawfully," saying "waffle" instead. Judy starts to lose it, so he adds, "And pancakey." Judy losing her mind from such silliness is adorable! ❤

I think that the flowers had a short effect on Uncle Terry because he is a herbivore, which means that he can digest plant matter easily, but it will have a longer effect on carnivores/ predators because they don't digest plant material.

22:11 The movie to the right, "Giraffic", was actually planned by Disney titled "Gigantic", about a boy who finds a land of giants and befriends one who is a child. It was planned to be released in 2018, then 2020, but was cancelled altogether in 2017

Chief Bogo is played by Idris Elba, who wasn’t Thor but played Heimdall in the Thor movies. Also, Duke Weaselton is voiced by the same guy who played the Duke of Weaselton, Alan Tudyk of Dodgeball and Firefly fame. He also voiced Hei-Hei the chicken in Moana.

In Bellwether's office you can see a paper that sags "Doug" and then a phone number. That was a little easter egg that hints to it being her before the reveal!

This movie has such an amazingly written script! There's so many good callbacks and such a good mystery that is still fun to rewatch.

Thanks.. - You ought to look up "Zootopia original plot", as there was an original version that had a much darker premise; where predators were a repressed class, subject to negative stereotyping, who had to wear a tame collar.. Possibly too dark for Disney, so it ended up being changed to this. But do look it up, it's on youtube.

Terrific film. With all the other sequels Disney has done, surprised it took so long for them to do a follow up for Zootopia. Now just have to hope it's at least as good as the original.

Only the 2nd time I got stoned in my life at age 49, which is only off because I've been a professional musician since 17. Went to see Star Wars the Force awakens (sucked), but the highlight was the trailer for Zootopia I laughed so hard at the DMV scene I cried.

You should definitely watch the Godfather trilogy. Firstly, they are absolute classics and secondly, there are endless references and parodies like here in Zootopia and dozens of other films. The Godfather trilogy has gone down in film history for a reason.

Some of the movies include,(which I would also like you to react to) are: Real City Heroes: Sergeant Cooper, My Little Pony 2017 Movie, A Lullaby For a Princess/The Moon Rises. I have so many questions about Sloths being allowed to drive. Wouldn't their slow reactions lead to insanely high traffic accidents? Is it possible they're just faking it so they can take it easy on the job, and they actually have the best acting skills in the animal kingdom? That's now my head cannon and I love that for them.

I watched it few days back and the show is pure perfection.. animation, voice acting, story, character building, music... psychological romantic drama thriller sprinkled with amazing action... Beastars along side Arcane are my top 2 favorite show of all time now
