Just an update, I am very appreciative that you made this video! I am happy you never removed this recipe after 3 years. I loved it and am excited to use it again! I placed some roasted garlic, cheese, chicken, and broccoli on top of it. I'm excited to put other savory foods on top of it and make a healthier bread to eat! My friend has a dehydrator so next time I am going to add dehydrated tomato to the dough for an interesting flavor! Thank you for sharing again!

That looks delicious! Best zucchini bread idea I've ever seen. Beats the heck out of the typical zucchini bread everybody eats around here. I bet this would be good with Tzatziki too.
