Thank you for showing the basics. Been doing Zumba, as a student for 2.5 years now. Was clumsy & slow in the beginning but learned how to 'break down' some of the steps & understand how Zumba is structured. Have thought about doing B1 training but there was always some delay so I was unable to commit x a day off work, family, etc - and now THIS (facilities closed, social distancing, etc), but thank goodness for instructor training being taught on line so more of us could lead a class or become better acquainted with how Zumba works from the inside out......well, as I said, 'it's always something'.... Got struck down three weeks ago with 'water on the knee'; incredibly painful, no range of motion, no weight bearing, very little flexibility - wow, now I am bummed out. Have had one procedure done but healing and return to normal function is a game of 'wait and see'.....so if I can't dance in class or at home I can watch and save all the great videos on line and learn from the ground up as they say. Seems healing & recovery is very slow but I'm determined to learn as much as I can from the Zumba videos on line. Thank you for showing the basics in a clear & easy to understand format! Happy dancing!
