Ive been using it for I think 5+ years now. And Im very happy with it like no other knife I had.

I don’t know what it says about variability in the weight of knives or the accuracy of postal scales, but my Victorinox weighs 178g on my scale. Almost 20g heavier than yours. Whilst my Wusthoff Classic is 250g, 11g lighter.

Interesting! I’ve got 2 Wusthof Classics so just tried both, pretty similar. One was 261g and the other 263g. I see the specification for it shows 263g

Check manufacturers specs of various products against your scale readings. Or even use various weights that are known to test your scales accuracy. I recently purchased a few Zwilling Pro knives and found my scale within 1 or 2 grams of Zwilling claimed specs.
