My goal is to share anything I can to help out as many people as possible with as much as possible. I love Jesus and will share Him in anyway I can. When I fell in love with Christ I didn't loose my knowledge of other things but can see all things more clearly.
I hope to share anything I know or anything about myself, no matter the cost, to help others. I appreciate anyone who this channel helps, thanks for watching.
Great Father. Never Met My Father. In NYC It’s Passed Down From Family Like This And It’s About Who You Know To Open A Door For U. If Your Not Connected You Have To Go Out Of State And Work Just To Get Your NYC State Crane Operator License. As A 1st Generation Crane Operator, I Haven’t Been Blessed With Someone Like You In NYC Wish I Was Though.
My kids all learned early on many diferent trucks in oilfield. Interestingly enough, once all operators had to have their crane tickets, every safety feature imaginable, operators bent booms non stop, wrecked turret brgs. It was great for business. Great to see young one learning. Younger generation need to learn from their fathers.so they learn some common sense, what world is lacking
Depends on the state, the job, if you’re union or not, and other factors. The crane operators in my union make up to $75 an hour and double time on OT. They work anywhere from 8-12 hours a day 5-7 days a week depending on where you’re working. If you’re working a turnaround it’s usually 7 12’s for a couple of months. Some crane operators make $250,000+ a year but on average they probably make around $110-120,000
Nice!!!!!!! I look forward to meeting both of you on the next job brother!!! I knew I was paying too much for them boys just pulling levers. She’s smooth!!!!
Yead I sold that NBT60 and got a cheap 30t. I don't mind making content but editing it sucks. I need to find someone to go halves with or something. Maybe someone will see this and reach out lol.
@@jiawan87 not at all. I did not have enough financial security to make it through slow times with such large overhead. Did fine for a year and a half when work was coming but when it slowed down for a few months I dried up. The old 30 I can wear, the new 60 was too much britches for my ass to hold
Well done, are the leavers only back and forth, ie not joysticks with forward/backward and left/right? Took my my nephews 5 and 7 at the time and showed them how to run an excavator. They got the hang of the basic functions quite quickly, the tiltrotator controls was a bit harder though as their hands were a bit small to get a good use out of the rollers.
Hey man I know you said you took the union route but I see a lot of companies have driver/rigger positions and it says they require at least two years. But my question is let’s say your just a rigger and have a CDL well they still make you drive tractor trailers and cranes even tho you have no actual driving experience?
@@marktarver4218 thank you for the response one last question I know you said you had your CDL before you went to the army were you ever a truck driver at one point ?
@@cacacaca2632 the only actual driving experience I had b4 I joined the union was I had my cdl for 5 years and was in the Army for 4 of it. I didn't drive tractor trailer for the Army but my piece of equipment was similar in size to a crane
